We understand that sometimes our calendar fills up faster than you'd all like. But that doesn't always mean you'll have to wait weeks for an appointment.
Our waitlist gives you first access when a space becomes available. Whether another client reschedules or we add extra appointments, we'll contact people on the waitlist first.
It's free to join, there's no obligation to book, and it gives you a much better chance of getting an appointment that works for you.
This booking function was previously available only for our VIP clients. But as a special shout-out to you, loyal clients and your referrals that have been turning up in masses, we are levelling the booking experience.
Our waitlist is for:
Clients who want to pre-book specific dates
Referred clients who understand when we are full and unable to accommodate new clients
Busy clients who don’t have time to keep refreshing our site for dates.
New clients looking to start their loc journey with us

Prebook your future appointments. You can prebook up to 3 appointments. Previously, this was only available for our VIP subscribers.
Set your booking slots reminders. If the date you’re waiting for is among the appointment dates we release, you'll be the first to know.
How to find our waitlist
Navigate to the service you want to book as you normally do
You will see a “ Join waitlist” prompt.
Click it and choose the date you want from the drop-down menu
Fill out your deets and wait for us to reach out. [Hopefully not for too long]
Please note: You can add multiple email addresses. So if you know a babe or a gent who needs an appointment, do tag them along.
And that’s all. You’re now on our Waitlist. Easy right? 😁
What happens next
We will text or email you to let you know when a slot becomes available.
Sometimes we open last-minute slots, which may also work for you. These are often due to cancellations, client rebookings, or made-up times between appointments. You may want to still check occasionally for those.
